Update the kubeadm upgrade documentation:
- Re-order the steps to drain / upgrade kubelet/kubectl / uncordon
- Remove the detailed output from apply and plan.
- Use {{ skew ... }} markers so that we can avoid more verbose changes
to the document.
- Apply minor / general cleanup (whitespace, missing ':')
