Kubeadm should be CNI agnostic and should not define what is
considered a popular CNI plugin and what isn't.

- Remove the tabs that list CNIs such as Calico, WeaveNet, etc.
- Preserve the note that Calico is currently the only CNI
kubeadm e2e tests are run against.
- Change the link to enumerate CNIs to:
/docs/concepts/cluster-administration/networking/
