* Do a top-to-bottom review of "debug-services"

I frequently refer people to this doc, so I thought it would make sense
to review it.  Overall ot was pretty up to date. I did a cleanup pass
and moved a few things around.  Mostly cosmetic.

* Fix backticked resources in "debug-services"

* Fix code vs output blocks in "debug-services"

* Remove prompts from code blocks

* s/we/you/

* Apply feedback edits
