可以将问题单（issue）和 PR 指派给成员（Member），成员（Member）也可以通过 GitHub 小组加入 {{< glossary_tooltip text="特别兴趣小组 (SIGs)" term_id="sig" >}}。针对成员（Member）所提交的 PR，系统自动运行提交前测试。成员（Member）应该是持续活跃的社区贡献者。
