...
The contributors/design-proposals in k/community was removed. It's only
available in k/design-proposals-archive repo now.
This commit also changes https://github.com/kubernetes/repo/blob/master/file.md
to https://git.k8s.io/repo/file.md for better consistency.

Reorder storage concepts
...
Introduce concepts in an order that should suit people new to
Kubernetes, so that you don't encounter details like volume cloning
until you've seen more of the basic volume types (persistent,
ephemeral, projected).
