Remove Tectonic and update kube-aws

Tectonic was EOL'd in 2019 https://access.redhat.com/articles/3663961
`kube-aws` [now uses flatcar linux](https://github.com/kubernetes-incubator/kube-aws/commit/021d72f709ec0dcf1eb90dd98a79abeb8d562fb1 ) instead of CoreOS
