- DNS subdomain translation corrected (#24393)

- Translate tasks/job/coarse-parallel-processing-work-queue in Korean (#24218)
- Update outdated files in the dev-1.19-ko.3 branch (#24151)
- Add missing dot on job.md (#24084)
