fix busybox image to 1.28 (issues with nslookup).

Changes where done with these commands:

reprec 'image: busybox(?!:)' 'image: busybox:1.28' */docs */examples
reprec -- '--image=busybox(?!:)' '--image=busybox:1.28' */docs */examples
